Help with
your page.

Yours is a personal page made on iPhone. Here’s how to sign in, save your work, and manage the link you share.

Contact support

Email yoursapp.support@gmail.com for help with Yours.

Include your iPhone model, the version shown in Menu → Help & About, and what happened. If the issue concerns a public page, include its link. Never send a sign-in code or an editable backup containing private content.

Sign in with an email code

Open Menu → Share & export → Public link → Open public page controls, then choose Continue with email. Enter your email address and tap Send sign-in code. Enter the six-digit code from your inbox, then tap Sign in.

If the email has not arrived, check the address and your spam or junk folder. Use another email lets you correct the address. When the countdown finishes, choose Resend code and use the code from the latest request. Codes expire after ten minutes. If you see a message asking you to wait, follow it before trying again.

You can cancel sign-in and keep creating. Signing in or out keeps the page on your iPhone.

On your iPhone, online, and public

The editor saves your working page on this iPhone. Open Menu to check its save status. If saving fails, keep the editor open and try again or save an editable backup.

In the public page controls, Save online privately makes a private copy in your signed-in account. Online saving is manual. Publish page makes a snapshot visible at your public address. Later edits stay private until you choose Update public page.

If Yours reports that a page changed on another device, review the latest online version before saving or publishing again. Keep a backup of local changes you want to preserve.

Choose and share your page address

Open Menu → Share & export → Public link → Open public page controls. Enter Your page address and tap Check address. Use 3–48 lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens, with a letter or number at each end. Reserved or taken names need a different choice. Checking availability does not reserve the address; publishing does.

Public pages can use a short address such as yours.place/your-name. Links from older versions of Yours may include /u/; those links keep working. Once published, this page keeps the same address when you update it. For a different address, choose Save this as a separate page and publish the new copy.

After publication, tap the public address, or use Copy link, Share link, or QR code. The link and QR code open the last published version. Sharing an image or HTML file does not create a public link.

Make a page private or delete it

Open Menu → Share & export → Public link → Open public page controls, then choose Unpublish → Confirm to remove public access. Its address stays reserved for this page, so you can publish it again at the same link. Signing out does not unpublish a page.

To remove an online page, find it under Online pages, choose Delete, then Confirm. Its public link stops working. The page on your iPhone stays here.

Delete your account

While signed in, open Menu → Share & export → Public link → Open public page controls and choose Delete account. Enter your signed-in email in the confirmation alert and tap Delete account. This removes your account, online pages, published pages, and online sessions. Your local page stays on the iPhone.

Back up and recover your work

Choose Menu → Backups & recovery → Save backup to keep an editable JSON copy in Files. Restore backup asks before replacing your current page and keeps a recovery copy. You can also use Undo after a replacement.

Saved editions keep private snapshots on this device. Local copies are removed when you remove Yours from your iPhone, so keep an external backup first. Local editing and file exports work offline; online saving, publication, linked images, and music or video need an internet connection.

Report a public page

Open the published page in a browser and choose Report page at the bottom. Describe the concern, then choose Send report. You do not need to sign in. Leave out sensitive personal information.
